Add Instant Torque Item Gimmick component

Add Instant Torque Item Gimmick is a gimmick that adds an instant rotational force to an item.

property	Function
Target	Specifies the target of the message to be read. See Gimmick Common Settings for details. This or Global can be set as the target of this gimmick.
Key	Specifies the distinguished name of the message to be read. See the Gimmick Common Settings section for details.
Space	Specifies the coordinate axis of the angular force product to be applied. The angular product applied by this gimmick will be the Force value plus the Transform rotation specified for Space.
Torque	Specifies the angular force product to be added. The angular force product is expressed in terms of the axis of rotation and its magnitude.
Ignore Mass	Specify whether to ignore the moment of inertia. If on, the angular velocity will be added instead of the angular force product.

This gimmick can only read messages with a Parameter Type of Signal.

With this gimmick, Movable Item component will be added automatically.
