Global Logic component
Global Logic is an operation that reads messages and notifies the result of the calculation as a message that can be read from any gimmick.

This logic allows you to set Global as the target to be notified of the calculated result as a message and Global as the target to read the message.
The logic starts calculating when the Paramater Type reads a Signal message.
